Schizophrenia: CBT ‘little help’

Kevin Friery‘s insight:

"Talking therapies have "little impact" on the symptoms of people with schizophrenia, a study suggests."  In fact, the only ‘taking therapy’ they studied was CBT, which is at one extreme end of a range of talking therapies.  It annoys me when people present CBT as ‘the’ talking therapy – it simply is not.
